DOC.View: The product of a winning synergy!

A job-oriented approach

35 years producing documentation for our customers.

The work of two experts

Pooling our documentation standard and publication IT know-how.

A wealth of experience

An interactive publication team working for our customers for 15 years (ATA, AECMA, ASD-S1000D standards).

The DOC.View Solution

Drop your documentation data (texts and illustrations) in a directory. In a few minutes DOC.View will analyse and assemble this data together. Your documentation is ready to distribute.

DOC.View makes the publication of your technical documentation possible whatever the publication system used.

DOC.View is a web-based application, running either in stand-alone mode or through a computer network. Your publications look the same when viewed on a tablet or a computer.

DOC.View does not require any installation procedure: it is designed to use the CGM visualisation plug-ins already installed on the user's computer. If no viewer is available, it uses your LPG or PNG illustration files.

DOC.View makes it possible to have a single entry point for all your publications.

The Team at LCI

DOC.View was developed by LCI Technical Publication / Documentation Expertise Business Unit.

Recognising the need for a product that can be accessed by most manufacturers, Jérôme et Marie-Pierre have been working together to bring you an IETP solution that meets the needs of the industry.
This flexible, adaptable and multi-support product does not rely on any document management system.

Marie-Pierre

Product manager

Qualified to PhD level and a computer engineer, Marie-Pierre became Manager of the Documentation Development Department in 2004. She advises and helps all document program managers to optimise their production and publication processes.

She manages the Publication Department for leading aeronautical industry companies and has contributed to the publication of more than 5000 documents to date.

With a wealth of experience, she is pragmatic, takes the challenges of documentation in her stride and makes sure that all customer publication requirements are met.

Jérôme

Consultant/Expert

Having trained as an engineer, Jérôme joined the Documentation Expertise Business Unit in 2000. He is responsible for all document creations in accordance with the AECMA standard, then standard S1000D.

His expertise is recognised by customers and he is performing an increasing number of consultancy missions for manufacturers regarding the application of the recommendations of standard S1000D.

He defines all professional specifications for the 6 IETPs developed by LCI.

Since 2004, he has managed the ATA iSpec 2200 document production platforms for system and equipment manufacturers.

He has recognised expertise of the "component manual" document concept.
